The Border States Elite League (BSEL) is a high-performance spring–summer hockey league built for serious players ages 16–21 from Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Manitoba. Designed with a pro-style structure and a development-first approach, BSEL provides a competitive environment where players can elevate their game, gain exposure, and prepare for the next level.
Our league blends elite competition, meaningful player development, and professional-level visibility —giving athletes the opportunity to showcase their talent in front of junior, AAA, and collegiate programs.
