BORDER STATES ELITE LEAGUE — LEADERSHIP
Elliot Bates oversees all league operations, competitive structure, partnerships, and long-term direction of the Border States Elite League. With experience in junior hockey, NCAA coaching, scouting, and program development, Bates built the BSEL to provide a true offseason development platform for players ages 16–21 across Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Manitoba.

Hockey Operations Group
The Hockey Operations Group guides competitive standards, rules enforcement, supplemental discipline, coach support, and overall league integrity. These leaders ensure the BSEL delivers high-tempo, development-focused hockey every week.
